・不良品は返金保証。

・sealed/密封品は、ご開封後の返品は、原則的にお断りいたします。
・1930-1940年代等の古典管ではベース内で充填・接着材とガラスの接着度が低下し緩んでいる場合があります。また、ベース内で接着剤のかけらが生じ、揺すると音が出る場合があります。モールドベースの古典管はバヨネットソケットへの装着は好ましくありません。装着された場合の動作保障はできません。

・ご注意1: 真空管はピンの十分な清掃と十分な電気的エージングを行ってご使用下さい。旧管種では"必須"です。エージング方法は文献等を適宜ご参照下さい。
・ご注意2: 新品の水銀整流管は、実際の回路でご使用になる前に30分以上のプリヒート/フィラメントエージングが必要です。詳細は真空管マニュアル等をご参照ください。
・ご注意3: 500Vを越える高圧でご使用予定の送信管は、フィラメントのみで最少6時間(〜24時間)、さらに低プレート電圧印加での、数時間オーダーのエージングを事前に行なわれることが必要です。
・ご注意4: トリタン管では寿命の観点から、常にフィラメント電圧を規格値の±5%以内の動作条件でご使用ください。
・ご注意5: 供給電流サージ容量が10A以上に達するような超低インピーダンスのフィラメント/ヒーター(安定化)電源を用いられます場合、電流制限用のシリーズ抵抗の利用が必要です。お客様の実際の回路でのご使用にあたられましてのフィラメント/ヒーター断は基本的に保証致しかねます。古典パワ管のご活用に当たられましては特にご注意が必要です。
・ご注意6: モールドベースの古典管をバヨネットソケットでご使用になられますと着脱でベースーガラス間の接着がはがれることがあります。このような状況に関しましては、当該管の交換に応じることは致しかねます。
・ご注意7: 長期間ご使用になられておりますアナログテスターでは、確度誤差が10%以上になっている場合があります。フィラメント電圧のチェックにおかれましては、特にご注意が必要です。
・ご注意8: ガラスベースやセラミックベースの真空管のソケットとの着脱におきましては、ピンと直交方向に不用意な力を加えますと根元でクラックを生じる事が多くなります。セラミックベースではベースのひび割れや欠けが発生しその後の実装に問題を生じます。ガラスベースでは致命的な真空漏れを生じる事があります。ピンの長手軸方向の力で静かに着脱を行う必要があります。また、ラジオペンチ等でのピンの矯正の折も同じ危険性があります。くれぐれも根元に横方向の力を加えないようにしなければなりません。3C33, 3E29, 832, 5894等の送信管や各種コンパクトロン,マグノーバル管等々のガラス管、あるいは、F2a, F2a11, Z2c, 100TH, 4-125A等のセラミックベースの球では特にご注意ください。
